If you're like me and hate traditional cardio where you're on a death machine in the same spot for 30 min, then you may enjoy sled pushes (or pulls, whatever). Gets my heart rate up really easily and I don't get bored like when I'm on the stairs and whatnot. Give them a try as post leg day cardio. Promise you'll feel it. 😉
