At 57kg/126.5lb BW finished off with an impressive •215lb Deadlift, 285 Hip Thrust •135 Bench Press •125 Squat ( a little more work here) •16kg TGU and 10 chin ups - - Some may argue against testing 1RM's(1 rep max) due to it's risk and whatnot. Although for me, I think the importance of being somewhat accurate with your program to get the desired training effect is better than guessing the weight prescribing. - - In practicality, not everyone has the time and risk to take with getting 1 RM's, but if I can, and get a better result out if it, than why not? -- strengthtraining bjj jiujitsu
