Iako joj je tek 18 godina, Lea je među najstarijim CrossFittericama u gradu☺ Zaraznog osmijeha i besprijekorne tehnike posebno nas je osvojila nakon što je odbacila nametnuti nomadski život i odlučila pronaći svoj dom u BOXVu☺ Igor se može pohvaliti fantastičnim napretkom u svom relativno kratkom boravku u dvorani. Nedavno smo dobili poruku u inbox koju sam odlučio podijeliti. Pozdrav Ivane, Danas mi je godinu dana otkad sam krenuo na CrossFit. Osjećam se opet kao da mi je 20 godina. Hvala tebi i svim trenerima na savjetima i na svim dobrim treninzima. Preporodio sam se otkad idem. Treneri i ekipa u boxu su vrh. Ljudi su prije svega i uvik su spremni pomoći. Ovakve poruke su nam veliki motiv za daljnji rad. "Core Value" naše dvorane je pomoći "običnim" ljudima da s treningom u boxvu naprave značajnu promjenu u svom svakodnevnom životu. Uvjereni smo da to možemo napraviti koristeći CrossFit kao sistem prezentiran na pravi način uz kvalitetno usmjerenje od strane naših trenera. Nije tajna da nismo natjecateljski fokusiran box, iako naravno želimo omogućiti i onim članovima koji se vide u sportskom dijelu CrossFita da ostvare svoje ciljeve, poput naše Đurđice☺ Međutim prioritet je pomoći ljudima podignuti kvalitetu života kroz dobar trening i dobru atmosferu u boxu. Gymnastics Rings. Piece of equipment small enough you can fit it in your backpack but unparallel in developing real upper body strength.
