Bit of Gluteus work. Hold the Gluteus tight, and push down (surprise the client so their unaware when the push will come), which engages the Gluteus. Happy Monday, athletes! Hope the weekend was a good one. This is always my hardest week. Race week. Heading to SoCal for two Spartan Races this weekend. Starting my Year of the Bib in five days. Lots of races this year. 5 mile bike 15 AMRAP 12 snatches - 115 lbs 10 burpees over bar (try to be more graceful than me!) 15 toes to bar 9 snatches - 135 lbs 10 burpees over bar 15 toes to bar ---and so on.
