Today's work out was intense to say the least it. Here are just a few clips from it..it goes as follows: 1 walkinglunges (one side and back) 2 jumpsquats 3 pushups 4 sledpush (1 down, 1 back, 1 down, 1 back) 5 burpees 6 Wallballs 7 slamball 8 kettlebellswings 9 tireflips 10 shoulderpress 11 v-ups 12 sprints (12 times down back) •Once you complete one cycle, start over and do it again. Meaning I keep my nutrition on point about 80% of the time and the other 20% I slack off. This allows me to stay relatively lean without feeling like I'm in a food prison. This also allows me to enjoy the food that I love without feeling an ounce of guilt. If you don't allow yourself to enjoy the foods that you love from time to time, when you finally do go off diet you run the risk of spiraling into a week long or even month long binge. This can negate all of your hard fought progress.
