É sabido que alguns esportes necessitam dessa prática para potencializar seus rendimentos no esporte, Principalmente aqueles de alto rendimento. Uma das justificativas é que o salto nas caixas irá contribuir no processo de emagrecimento, Mas vamos levar em consideração as sobrecargas  articulares. Se o camarada quer emagrecer, é porque ele está acima do peso, ou seja, de uma forma natural suas articulações já são sobrecarregados pelos quilinhos a mais e por qual motivo você irá sobrecarregar ainda mais?
