Happy Birthday to my grandson Grayson! Yesterday I got to play games, race hot wheels, and Grayson got to practice throwing some punches. I got him boxing gloves and a punching pad, he's got a mean right hook! It's fun to watch him being active and practicing. I can't wait to take him to the gym some day! Keep moving!

So the other day I took myself through Metafit workout. My legs were sore, my arms were sore, I just didn't want to do it. ๐Ÿ˜’ Buuuut I still did it though and after finishing it, even though I was still a sweaty mess I knew and felt I could have kicked ars wayyyyy more ๐Ÿ™„ and then it was time to train legs and shoulders. All I wanted to do was go home, I kept thinking how easy it would be to just leave. But no, I went and trained. ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸปBut I just could not for the life of me push myself. It felt like it went foreverrrrrrrrrrr and was never going to end. I would aim for 10 Reps, but my body would stop at 8. It is SO frustrating when you know you can do something but your mind is just going against you!! ๐Ÿ˜ก No matter how angry I got because I knew I could do a hell of a lot better, I just kept telling myself that I am still burning more calories and working my muscles way more than if I did throw in the towel and went home. And that's all that matters. โœ… The saying is so true that you CANNOT rely on motivation!! ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿป It is all about DISCIPLINE & COMMITMENT!!! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป My motivatation was -0000. But My determination to keep fit and lean shits all over how 'motivated' I felt!!! ๐Ÿ˜ What I am trying to say is, not every workout is going to be THE ABSOLUTE BEST YOU CAN DO!!!!! And that's ok!! We ALL have off days ๐Ÿ˜ซ The main thing is, that we TRY!!!! We don't listen to the little voice that says 'take the easy way out' we just have to GET IT DONE!!!!!!! Our goals don't care about our excuses ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿปdiscipline goalsdontcareaboutexcuses motivation commitment metafit workout legday getitdone commitment goals
