HIDDEN CALORIES 🤔 - 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil and 15g of butter, not a lot, but both very calorie dense ☝️How often do you add butter to your meals throughout the day (toast, scrambled eggs, scones etc) and how often do you use olive oil when frying ? And how much do you use ?🤔 - I call them hidden calories because they are calories you may never consider or even think about but they can make a huge difference 👌 Just be weary of how much you're using each day ☝️ - I recommend the spray oils or spray butter as an alternative to these. However, if you're trying to gain weight, don't be afraid to throw a Tablespoon or 2 of olive oil over some of your meals or in a smoothie (you won't even taste it so don't start 😏) because it will help to put you in a caloric surplus 👌 which will help you gain weight 👌I know a lot of people who struggle to put on weight, but it's little tricks like this that can come in very handy 👍📚
