I was browsing through our wedding photos as I sit home today and came across this picture of my hubby opening up his grooms gift. A professionally done album I made "for his eyes only". As women, it is SO easy to get caught up in all the hype as to what a beautiful women "should" look like. Taking these photos was definitely outside my comfort zone but seeing the video of his face as he opened it was priceless. It's easy to get stuck in your day to day routine with your partner but don't forget to keep it sexy and surprise them once in a while. He will always be my mcm and the one I want to "keep it sexy" for. 😜

"I wish I had your motivation." Something I hear all day erryday. 💁🏻 The reality? I wish I had as much motivation as you all seem to think I do!! 🤣 . Today, I was NOT feeling this whole "workout" situation. 😳 I felt hungover from simply doing nothing yesterday (can you believe some people walk through LIFE with that fog from never moving?! 🙈). And then to top it off, I went to scoot my couch out of the way and the pad slipped, so the leg took a huge gouge out of our floor. 😭 Which is why you get to hear me cussing at the beginning of this video. 😜 . So how did I show up and get it done anyway? Even when I was legit feeling NO motivation? 🤷🏻‍♀️ . 1. Routine!! Have you noticed I'm literally the most boring human alive? 😂 I do the same healthy, positive crap, day in and day out. It's not always fun or exciting, but it's kinda hard to get out of when you have time built in to your schedule specifically for that activity! 💪🏻 . 2. Following a workout calendar. 📆 No guesswork as to what I should be doing today! How will I feel when I don't get to check off that box? When my fellow challengers see I didn't honor my commitment to myself? When I have to tell you guys I didn't complete my program in full? Not worth it. 🚫 . 3. MY WHY. 🙌🏻 I know you THINK you want to lose 20 lbs or look hot in a bikini or fit in those jeans, but if that doesn't motivate you to get off your ass everyday and do the torturous crap that's gonna get you there, you straight up don't want those things THAT badly. They are NOT your why. 🤔 When I shifted my focus to strengthening my health + confidence + business by showing up for my workout each day, I started feeling a hell of a lot more inspired. And when you're inspired, no motivation necessary. 😁 . How do YOU make sure you get your workouts in erry-damn-day? Let's help each other out!! 👇🏻💕
