Piątkowa wersja curry, bo zamiast kurczaka- dorsz i cieciorka 😊 Bardzo posmakowało mi połączenie czerwonej pasty curry z mleczkiem kokosowym, naprawdę polecam 👌 Już po Tłustym Czwartku, już emocje opadły, cały ig odpoczywa. I co, było tak strasznie? Teraz wszyscy na trening- "bo trzeba spalić wczorajsze grzeszki". Dobre sobie! Tak się zastanawiam kiedy wreszcie część ludzi (zwłaszcza tych młodszych) wybije sobie z głowy, że jedzenie= kalorie= intensywność treningu 😒 Co to w ogóle za wymysł. Że niby nie mogę zjeść ciastka jeśli nie przebiegnę 10km na bieżni? Bo wtedy jestem "rozgrzeszona" i mam przyzwolenie? Jakie przyzwolenie?! A kto zabronił?! 👉 Ograniczenia są tylko w naszych głowach 👈 I to się nie tyczy tylko intensywności treningu, kiedy człowiek już zdycha ze zmęczenia, a tak niestety najczęściej jest to interpretowane. Así están las cosas... .. Llevo dos semanas sin entrenar (que al que está acostumbrado se le hace una eternidad) y además a medio comer bien y he podido comprobar que realmente en el cómo nos alimentamos está todo. .. Dos semanas y hay un gordito por allí, retención por acá.., más antojos. Así que queremos empezar por un mejor estilo de vida en definitiva la comida es el primer cambio. Luego les contaremos como volvemos a todo y con todo. .. Hoy trabajo más de 27h sin dormir... Algunos sabrán a qué me refiero. Y la entrega es tanta que una de las formas de sobrevivir es... ¡COMIENDO! .. Así que aquí mi combo de supervivencia a la jornada de hoy que acaba el domingo. Eso sí, sin contar las comidas principales. .. Chicharines. La versión saludable de unos chicharrones, hecha por karavansay .. Cereal de quinoa inflada de chocolate de nutrisano para matar antojos y el semanario (7) bolsitas de frutos secos. .. Crema de mantequilla de maní de wakeup para darle más energía a la jornada!! .. Hamburguesas de quinoa preparadas para picar. .. Bebidas de mandioka llenas de propieedades del polen y la maca. .. Y eso sí!
