Rice bowl kind of night post long run. No that isn't yellow rice. It's whole grains and basmati rice mixed with turmeric. Turmeric has so many health benefits such as being an anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant! It also gives food a rich, yellowy color. I also put kidney beans, sweet 🌽, lettuce, carrots, broccoli and cheddar cheese to the bowl. This is a great meal if you're looking for a meatless option. Hope everyone enjoys their night!
