Skip a run? Yeah, I know….I am Type A, and even cutting a run down by .30 miles gives me anxiety. The past year I only suffer from a couple of bad flare ups (thank goodness, nothing like the flare ups from 2 years ago) but mild flare ups I still go for my run, if I'm in pain power walk and yoga only. 8.Routes. Know your route. Know where any and all bathrooms are. For me, where we live, there's many establishments willing to let me use the bathrooms, specially on long routes. The convenience of road running verses trail running, i love both i prefer road☺ 9.Treadmill “Safety.” The safest place to run, run, run would be at home, on a treadmill/gymnasium I think a treadmill is a dreadmill, but because there's days where i can't control life, a treadmill run will just do using interval workouts, hill workouts, and random repetitions. 10.Race food and beverage. I've tried a couple of glutenfree/vegan products that did no quite work for me other than to run faster to the bathroom. I've tasted out the past 4 months the nuun active tablets I cut one in half and add to my 8oz bottle of water and that has been okay with my gut.
