Workout complete! I was sweating bullets today, it was so hot but got it done!! Sometimes the weekends feel like the time to let things go and start again on Monday. Instead of taking the weekend off, just keep going! I'm not saying I make it a killer workout 7 days a week, but I try hard to stay on track with my nutrition and still get in some movement! All the hard work I put in during the week, I hate to mess up in only 2 days and believe me, it can happen! This is my current physique in normal lighting and no photo editing.... And I’m damn proud of the progress. Too many fitness enthusiast are extremely self conscious about appearing ripped and muscular all the time. The reality is that photo editing, angles, and lighting can make you look way leaner than you actually are. I am guilty of this too. I’ve spent copious amounts of time getting the right shot in the right lighting to look as lean as possible. I want to be more transparent with my followers and give them realistic expectations. Most of the well known fitness models look fantastic on their IG because they get a pump before professional photographers take and edit their photos in perfect lighting with the right angles. If you saw these same fitness models in normal lighting and without a pump, they would look drastically different. Don’t be deceived and discouraged by the unrealistic physiques you see on IG.
