For the baseline assessment, take three attempts at the following and record your best effort: 1. Mark a starting position 2. Stand behind the starting marker with your feet at hip or shoulder width 3. Jump out (horizontal) as far as possible from the starting marker and LAND ON TWO FEET (if you stumble it's a no go - you must stick the landing) 4. Make a mark with chalk or tape at your back most heel 5. Measure distance from start marker to where you landed . For the sled walk, add your bodyweight in plates to the sled. The weight of the sled doesn't count towards the total. If you don't have a sled put on a heavy vest or heavy ruck sack and take a long walk. . This will be my last post for a while. I'll try to be back as soon as I can. In the meantime, there are plenty of archives available. Spent my Saturday morning sorting my spare bedrooms and cutting up and folding old clothes for my partner to use as rags for the shed on the farm...(farmers wife duties πŸ˜‚) I came across these size 18 shorts and had to try them on...the left photo was taken a few months into my journey (Roughly September 2015) and I remember feeling super happy I had lost abit of weight and had room in them. The right photo taken today.
