Just finished up an amazing chest and tricep workout. I tend to shy away from training chest because I want to keep what's there (if you know what I mean ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚) but you lose the girls due to fat loss, not chest flys. Incorporating chest exercises can help tone and tighten your chest muscles. When you avoid training this muscle, it can lead to an off-balance in training which leads to muscle imbalance of the body. It would be like training your entire upper body and avoiding leg day. That wouldn't be pretty, plus we all love leg day. Am I right??
