I could show you a picture of my ass, my abs or me flexing, but that doesn't give you a real picture as to what you need to go through to get to that level. This is me after a 3.5 hour workout. Literally dying (almost). You have to push yourself. You're not going to get those murves (muscle curves) unless you put in the work. You also have to eat right (I'm still working on that part). A little bit of tonight's workout! It all needs work, I know!! Just starting out on this type of workout, lol and don't mind the music, there was no rhyme or reason to it and I forgot to make the video silent..Anyway, It was my day off of weight training, so I went to Planet instead of my usual gym so I could use this pf360 room, and I bruised my left foot yesterday, so I didn't do any running either..Tried to find different ways to keep my heart rate up and I'm trying extra hard to tone up these arms! They're definitely my trouble spot..Also, got told my an older gentleman, that I'm pretty much a fat ass, talking about my thick thighs, so there's that...Lol 😰 starting to become very self conscious, because I try so hard to be this fit person and there's always someone telling me what needs work on me. It's like I'm never good enough! I really do work hard, but I don't see the results that other people do. I'm so close to giving up on being this fit mom that I wanna be.
