I could show you a picture of my ass, my abs or me flexing, but that doesn't give you a real picture as to what you need to go through to get to that level. This is me after a 3.5 hour workout. Literally dying (almost). You have to push yourself. You're not going to get those murves (muscle curves) unless you put in the work. You also have to eat right (I'm still working on that part).
