Laying in bed with the Flu, feeling shitty and emotional. I haven't had the flu in a very long time. I find it very hard to rest as I have big goals in the gym and my work life. Some people would call me crazy but honestly, as much as I feel shitty, I wanna be at the gym doing what I love. About 9-10 months apart. The girl on the left would skip meals, trained cardio and wanted to be skinny. With me, myself and Mr Migraine.. My body is so rundown and needing rest. It's been a big couple of weeks at work with Christmas and NY's. Working for 3 managers and having minimal staff. My roster has been all over the place as I had to cover sickies. But I did it! I am glad it's all over and I can get back into my daily routine. I am super proud that I still went to the gym everyday and I didn't binge on bad food over Christmas!! Yayy for me!!
